Refund Policy

At Propathway Careers, we primarily operate on a no-fee basis for our core consulting and guidance services. In rare or specific cases—such as document processing, application submissions, or third-party services—a fee may be charged to cover direct costs or custom support.

 

Please note the following:

 

  • Propathway does not collect money on behalf of universities, visa offices, or government bodies.

  • Any payments made directly to universities, embassies, or third parties through us are governed by their own refund and cancellation policies, not ours.

  • We do not control, influence, or guarantee any refund decisions made by universities or visa authorities.

  • Once an application is submitted or a payment is processed to a third party, it cannot be reversed or refunded by Propathway.

 

If Propathway does charge a client directly for a unique service (e.g., courier handling, special document services, urgent timelines), such fees are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or completed.

 

Clients are responsible for reviewing all application rules, university refund policies, and visa conditions before proceeding with any payments.

 

By using our services, you agree that Propathway is not liable for any monetary loss, delay, or denial caused by external institutions or administrative procedures.
